![]() ![]() Barrie continued working primarily on stage during the 1950’s, and was in The Beaux Stratagem in 1958. She worked on stage during the 1953 theater season in Corning, New York and had her Broadway debut in The Wooden Dish in 1955. Upon graduating from UT in 1953, Barbara Berman moved to New York to pursue a career as an actress and changed her last name to Barrie.
